  4. Submit Payment

    • Venmo

    • Stripe invoice

    • Bank transfer (upon request)

💵 Pricing Summary

  • Monthly Rent: $2,200 – $2,600 (varies by season and stay length)

  • Security Deposit: $750 (refundable)

  • Pet Fee: $300 one-time or $75/month (for approved pets)

  • Utilities Included: Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water, trash

  • Minimum Stay: 90 days
